Its management is under the leadership of David Ramphisa who has 100% interest in the membership of the corporation. He is in charge of the management and daily operations of the business. A former security officer with a Grade B certificate and extensive experience, he has significant understanding of the business industry, particularly the private security sector where he has been hands-on for quite some time.
